Our training will provide teachers a strong foundation to flourish in all aspects of yoga teaching. We offer 200-RYT and 500-RYT certifications both with flexible payment plans.

Cost of Teacher Training Program:

RYT-200 $2,000.00
RYT-500 $3,000.00

The Yoga and Meditation Center is a registered and certified yoga school recognized by Yoga Alliance since 1999. We offer both a diverse and unique program with over forty-five teachers currently in training.

Our program is flexible, designed to fit your needs. We offer over thirty classes, six days a week, morning and evening. This is an ongoing program so teachers may join at anytime.

I think Shashi has the most training and experience. With over 40 years of experience and also being raised in a yoga family. His heart is fully into yoga. He wholeheartedly believes in what he is teaching. He tells you this is something you need to do everyday, particularly first thing in the morning. Within a short time you believe what he is telling you. This is something you will do for the rest of your life. Your body doesn't know what profession you are in and that you are busy. You just need to do it. You will progress if you do it everyday with your mind fully present in the moment.
