The center offers the following
levels of classes:
Beginners
Intermediate
Advanced
Yoga for Deaf
Yoga for Seniors
Yoga for Teens
Yoga for Kids
Our classes typically have only 5-8 students in each class. This
enables us to give our students more personalized attention and work at
their individual pace. Classes run for one hour. We also offer semi-private
and private classes for students who want to work
on a one-to-one basis.

What to wear?
Be sure to wear comfortable
clothing that will not get in the way of stretching and will let you
exercise with ease. We do not encourage tight fitting jeans, bikini
tops or any kind of revealing clothing.
What to eat?
Try not to eat for at least three
hours before your class or scheduled practice at home; some students
prefer to wait even longer.
What to bring?
We provide mats for our
students to exercise on, or you can bring your own towel or mat.
